 The Still Spirits Turbo 500 reflux condenser works on the principles of ceiling temperatures, where it prevents chemical substance above a certain boiling point being processed. Unlike other reflux condensers on the market, the T500 works with a focus on the water flow and controlling the temperature of the water flow out. Assuming that the temperature of the water flow is stable, it is able to create a ceiling threshold temperature based on the water flow out.

Unlike other reflux condensers on the market, the Turbo 500 works with a focus on the water flow and controlling the temperature of the water flow out. Assuming that the temperature of the water flow is stable, it is able to create a ceiling threshold temperature based on the water flow out. 

 The large copper surface area of this dome top acts as a catalyst with the vapor in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavors and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulfur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit. 

The combination of the dome and condenser retains the flavor of the spirit rather than stripping it out by refluxing. 

Provides a complete solution for filtering distilled spirit.  This filter is ideal for filtering alcohol to prepare it for use with the flavorings. 

This system filters 3 liters of alcohol in about 20 minutes and water about twice that fast. Each cartridge will filter approximately 10 liters of alcohol or 300 liters of water.
